*pop* tarts

I had been wanting to try this recipe for "homemade pop tarts" for a while, and finally on Saturday I gave it a go. Surprisingly I only had one jam explosion, and they turned out pretty tasty! My parents never let me eat pop tarts as a kid, but I do know what they taste like. The homemade version is pretty great, and so easy to make too. I used wild raspberry St. Dalfour jam and cinnamon sugar for the fillings. Nutella would be great too!

Also, I was a winner of Kitka/Mjolk's contest to win a Kauniste tea towel, which you can see in the photo above. I never win contests like that, so I was so thrilled! Thank-you guys!

Juli- Yes, thanks again! I just used a fork around the edges.

haha, I meant, what did you use to make the crust - is it store bought pre-made crust or diy? I am clueless with this sort of thing...
