the divinitus- we made some changes to where we buy our food (meat specifically) after we saw that movie. also having different thoughts after going to a few markets in barcelona. in north america we often don't see the 'source' of our food. we don't see it as an animal with parts, insides, outsides, fur, ears, head, eyes, etc., but as a piece of meat in a package. i think if we saw it and had to buy it as the former, maybe people would made different choices?

It touches many issues, another that chools bring no education by serving junk food supported by government. Very annoying is a tv add about 'hfcs being ok... 'in moderation'...etc.

When I come to USA, I learned about corn syrup, and decided to switch to organic foods only.

What I try to say, I knew about food itself; Its why I do read labels and buy organic, but I didn't know how bad not only animals, but also own employees or farmers were treated. Also surprise about Kevin's law, Mexico, etc.
