(sorry for the crappy picture- too lazy to set up the tripod and clear away a blank wall)
in tokyo i bought a CA4LA straw hat that came in handy for blocking the sun. they had such a wide selection of headwear. i had fun trying on hats for a while at the shibuya location, until some of the other shops opened. when i bought it i also got a hat box, which is something i have always wanted. i think there's something kind of glamorous about a hat box.

i won the acne guide dress i'm wearing on ebay. i have the top version from last spring, but i really wanted the dress, so i'm glad i finally found it!

i wish my nails were a different colour- like mac's seasonal peach, which i just got in the mail.

I love this outfit!
super hot and gross here, too. the guide dress looks like it would be perfect for this humidity. love the hat, too. i usually just wear a wide-brimmed straw gardener's hat--nothing special or particularly interesting.
great dress! and that hat looks pretty cool too.
i assuming sephora varies brands by location...
Goodness-everything about your outfit is perfect!
The dress is super on you.
I love Korres! They have really cool store in Helsinki!
The dress is really great, I like the colour of it. I often find Acne clothing a bit too sterile for my liking, but you found a good piece here.
I can't wear any type of heel when it's really hot.
Bath and Body Works sells Korres brand here in America.
I have the top version of that dress too, but I find the back detail makes it kind of hard to wear. What do you wear it with?
thanks- i've worn this dress a ton since i got it. it's perfect for warm weather.
gs- i know, i wanted to toss the heels after an hour! it was the first time i wore them since i got them last spring. i just felt like the length of this dress needed a heel.
ignitemy- i wear an aa bandeau bra under it (mine's metallic pewter) so you only really see it on the sides. i like it bet tucked into black jeans, but i wear it with skirts and sometimes shorts too.
Great dress! I have yet to head into Sephora... I'm not really a makeup person and think I'll be overwhelmed by it all. I think I'll just stick with my go-to Bobby Brown makeup counter at Holts.
tfab- thanks! i'm really not much of a makeup person either (i don't like brightly coloured makeup) i'm more into skincare/haircare and tools. but it's not really a big location, so if you've been to a sephora before it won't be overwhelming at all.
Thanks for the suggestion!
