oh they are too sweet!

i don't think i would be able to make a decision, i would somehow convince myself that all of them need to come home with me.

Very pretty babies! I think you'll know when you've found the "right one" :)

Aww, totally adorable. Funnily enough my Mum always says that my ridgeback looks like Dobby (although other times she says 'golem' which is rather less complementary!)

I wanted to ask you a few questions on how to find a good breeder for a whippet. How did you find your breeder?

Hi Aimee,

If you are in Canada you can go to the National Whippet Club of Canada www.whippetcanada.com and they have a list of breeders in each province. I just contacted each one and inquired if they had any puppies available, or any litters planned. If they had puppies I asked for pictures, and from there we arranged to go out and see the breeders. I wouldn't feel comfortable getting a puppy from somewhere I haven't visited or someone I haven't met. We definitely learned that in this process. If you do some googling about "how to find a good breeder" (not specific to any breed) you should find some good tips and things to look for in a good breeder. Good luck! I do highly suggest visiting the breeder before you buy a puppy to see where and how it lives and how it behaves, especially around you and other dogs. Good luck!

thank you Stephanie, I will do just that. By the way, your personal style and the choices you put up or images and aesthetic, are always so right on and beautiful, I adore this blog.
