japan pt3

here are some more pictures from my trip. i still have to get my lomo shots developed- i can't wait to see how they turned out!

kabuki-za theatre in ginza. i'm glad we did this. the story was really slow to start (i nearly fell asleep) but as soon as the action started, it was pretty cool. plus, there was a fox involved. i was imitating the howling kabuki singers all week! check out some on youtube.

these school kids were practicing some sort of routine. one of the kids did not know what he was doing, and kept getting in trouble. they took his headband away.

a beautiful garden.

stairs, stairs, everywheres

the big buddha in kamakura. i went in his belly for 20yen.

friendly fish. i really wanted to stick my finger in the water to see if they would bite it with their fish lips.

funniest thing. you know your shopping is out of hand when your husband has to pray for you to stop.

I laughed my butt off when I read that guy's prayer. I laughed so hard that Brett had to come over to see what I was laughing about. Then the bugger agreed with the written prayer! I don't know why though, I haven't gone shopping in ages!! All the stuff I've been buying lately is baby stuff!
