as i've mentioned before, i never rule out mens stores for finding interesting items for myself. i always look at pieces and if they don't fit me as is, see if they can be tailored down to fit me. but sometimes things just look manly, so one has to be careful. recently i was rummaging around the holt renfrew sale section looking for these amazing mens drkshdw pants that i tried on a few months ago and almost bought, but to no avail.
plus, in general, don't you think that mens clothing is comparatively less expensive (i mean, depending on the item/brand) and goes on sale for a deeper discount?

i don't know if mens clothing is marked down more generously, but i certainly wish i wore more of it.
i love the belt, it would look fantastic over a big shirt or dress.
it looks like blackbird is going to start carrying womens clothing, too. i noticed they have new rachel comey oxfords for men. argh, why can't i just accept that her shoes aren't for me!!

i noticed that- i am curious about what brands they will start to carry and what their buying will be like. i don't really like the first few pieces they've shown (coming soon), though the wrinkly texture in that skirt reminds me of the beautiful wrinkled junya pieces. i think it's too early to tell though....
sigh... i loved rachel comey's shoes for this spring- especially those beaded sandals... and her oxfords are so nice...
You're right totally cool belt, I've become slightly obsessed by a pair of sunnies recently too, must be something in the blogging air. Mine are hideously expensive Cartier ones featured in the latest Vogue paris, not good.....
